A boy toy is a block that joins a table with a suction cup, a spring connected …?

.. The apple, a ball, and a ramp Release. The spring has a spring constant k, the ball has a mass "m", and the ramp rises a height "and" above the table, whose surface is a height "H" from the floor. Initially, the spring is based on its equilibrium length. The spring is then compressed a distance "S", which celebrates the ball is at rest. The ball is then released, the launch ramp. When the ball leaves the launching ramp of velocity vector makes an angle "delta" with respect to the horizontal. Throughout this problem, ignore friction and air resistance. on the initial configuration (with spring relaxed), when the spring is compressed, the system of spring balls has a kinetic energy-bc gained kinetic energy potential energy gained lost d-a loss of potential energy

Sure it's a lot of useless information. When the spring is compressed the work is done on the system Spring ball is stored in the spring as potential energy. Assuming an ideal spring. theforce necessary to move a distacne x is F = kx, where k is the constant spring. The energy stored in the spring is the work done to compress it. which is the integral of force times displacement. Therefore integrating F [x] P = kx Integral [(X, 0, s)] = (1 / 2) k * s ^ 2 Turning to your question. the answer is b.

Parrot Owners – materials commonly used in bird toys

WOOD

Birds need to chew, Wood is an excellent material to meet this need natural. Birds play more often with wooden toys. Wooden toys are destined to be destroyed. Some bird owners may be frustrated by the destructive nature of their parrots. However, chewing is a natural instinct and vital to the birds mental and physical wellbeing. If you provide only acrylic toys are often more expensive forms to satisfy their chewing needs (ie, molding, furniture). It is important to know what woods are safe for your bird. Both hard and soft woods commonly used in toys.

Woods Insurance (not complete list):

Pine, Balsa, birch, linden, poplar, maple, walnut, ash, Apple, Elm, Cactus (Cholla) and Manzanita

Woods not sure (not a complete list):

Cedar, Cherry Red, plywood. Oak

If you want to make your own toys NEVER use pressure-treated wood is treated with arsenic and poison your bird. If using natural branches to ensure that they have not been exposed to insecticides. Also, be sure to pick up branches in areas removed from roads where plant life can be absorbed toxic emissions from cars. Rub all branches with a nontoxic disinfectant (dilute chlorine bleach), rinse and dry thoroughly.

If you need to clean the wooden toys, do not soak. It is best to clean with a damp cloth or sand the soiled area until clean. If your bird likes his toys wet note that moisture can promote growth bacterial and toys and should not be discarded or cleaned and dried in an oven at low temperature before returning the bird.

Birds are capable of distinguish colors therefore makes wooden toys more attractive and interesting color to the birds. Manufacturers usually wood colored with food coloring or vegetable dyes. We do not believe in the aroma of wood as the bird should not be encouraged to eat wood and, unless properly controlled, the sugars in the fruit is often used to provide a perfect medium for bacterial growth. Do not buy toys that have been dyed or painted to add color. If you are interested in a toy painted parts (ie, ABC blocks) to ensure only child of non-toxic paints are used safely.

ROPE

Various types of rope are used on bird toys. Only 100% natural fiber ropes such as cotton, hemp (jute) or sisal be used in bird toys. Nylon strings mix should never be used because it can lead to serious injuries and cuts due to the strength of the chains if the birds are trapped in it. Strings can be safe, provided are maintained properly and the bird's beak and nails are kept trim. There are security problems have been observed when excessive fraying. The birds have drowned and losses circulation in the legs become entangled in the ropes mismanaged. wind-up toys have proven very beneficial in solving problems by collecting feathers and therefore not we like to discount rope as a viable material. Bird owners have a responsibility to check toys for your birds daily string, and cut or rule rope toys when worn and present a danger to their birds.

CHAIN

The string must be soldiers not open links. A soldier of the chain, provides sharp surfaces and narrow openings which have been known to cut the toes. Make sure the links are a box Deposit the size of your bird, if your feet are trapped in the result links toes can be broken or legs. chain length is also a consideration as a long piece of string conceivably could end up around the neck of a bird during a vigorous game session. As components of the wood is chewed was a danger to the chain could develop. Owners should monitor the status of toys and ensure that physically changes as risks for the security not develop.

FASTENERS

This is a key area of concern are as good bras expensive and therefore many manufacturers used shortcuts and potentially dangerous items such as key chains or break a dog leash type snap hooks. Birds have been cut and loss of circulation to the feet and tongues of toys from the use of split rings and spring clips. For parrots and birds larger recommended is fast links (sometimes called C-clamps) Pear or links to attach toys to the playground of a bird. They come in a variety of sizes and can be tightened easily with a wrench to prevent the release bird toys. This type of bra offers the least chance of injury. Available in a variety of sizes and can be purchased at your local hardware store if necessary to replace the screws on the existing dangerous toys.

Do not use split key rings, metal clips or springs to hold the shower rings your toys. Small pieces of hardware can be ingested accidentally. Birds have fingers and tongues cut into rings separation and the type of spring clamps.

ZINC

Much has been said recently about the toxicity of zinc in birds. Many bird toys are made of zinc coated (galvanized) metal components. Zinc is also commonly found in powder coatings cage. Some specialists Avian Health have stated that in order that the health problems associated with zinc so that the parrot is actually swallowing the metal components and that "Beaking" the parties is not sufficient for developmental toxicity unless the galvanized coating is extremely brittle and flaky. If a bird spends a lot of time to chew the toy hardware (Ie washers, quick links, wire), then you may be getting enough zinc to build to toxic levels in their systems over time. Owners who are concerned about possible health effects can often find pieces of stainless steel parts at your local hardware. This option is often much more cost effective consumers who purchase toys constructed of stainless steel parts.

PLASTICS

The Acrylics are used in many toys today and if the correct size for the bird are virtually indestructible. If the purchase of toys is recommended that acrylic acrylic with a minimum thickness of 3 / 16?. Recently, there has been a shift back to wooden toys because although the acrylics are durable and attractive are also not as fun for the bird that likes to chew. We recommend that some of his acrylic bird toys or a mixture of acrylic and wood, will be long term and the bright colors are stimulating for your bird.

When considering toys plastic components with an owner of birds should take into account the nature of the plastic piece (ie, soft vs. brittle) in relation to the size of the bird. brittle plastics should not be given the larger birds, because they break very sharp, cutting edges are formed and in case of accidental ingestion could lead to broken bodies. plastic toys drive designed specifically for parrots and cockatoos not be given to the largest birds with the peak power to destroy.

LEATHER

Leather is an ideal material for birds to play safely with and chew. Most birds in particular likes to spend hours untying knots in leather strips.

Only vegetable tanned leather should be used on bird toys. Do not buy toys with leather or leather dyed with chemicals as most are toxic to birds (ie, chromium, formaldehyde). For this reason, they should not leave old shoes, belts and wallets to his toy chest birds.

Replace if dirty or wet leather. Bacteria grow in these conditions. Many toy companies sell replacement leather straps.

When toys pendants strung on leather (or rope or chain), not leaving a long strand between the toy and the cage. Some birds when rambunctious with their toys can get the leather wrapped around the neck and strangle her. It is best to tie the toy close to the bars of the cage.

RINGS

When choosing toys with rings or large links in the chain of plastic to ensure that rings are of a size that the bird can not get his head stuck in them and drown. Also beware loop with multiple rings toys directly with each other as birds have met a similar fate when they have been caught between the rings.

BELLS

Birds love to make noise and the bells of a source of fun festivities. If a bird is mechanically inclined and you can remove the clapper the possibility of swallowing / choking. Make sure the clapper of the bell can not be removed by the bird. If it is not properly secured to eliminate or weld (recommended silver solder). Make sure the clapper is not the lead (toxic), if you lead the clapper to dent with your fingernail. Do not buy toys that use bells type, toes can get caught and cut in the width of narrow openings, we recommend the cow or the design of Liberty Bell. Properly size campaign for the bird so it will be able to withstand the power of the peak.

FINAL CONSIDERATIONS

The fact that the label says the product is safe does not mean it's okay for your bird. Any toy has the potential to be dangerous if the size of the birds. Ask your provider toy or bird store owner help or advice on choosing an appropriate toy for your bird.

As with the children, no toy is 100% safe for all birds. Use common sense and monitor your bird the first time you are given a new toy. Observe how they interact with the toy to determine the best way to hang and where and when you can play with him (some toys are safer outside the cage).

Provide a wide variety of toys and rotate them in and out of the cage or play area. Variety helps alleviate boredom and keep your bird more alert and curious. Keep least 2-3 toys in the cage of birds and not overstuff the cage for the bird does not have room to move.

Do not assume that if the bird not like a toy that will not play with any toy. Try something different and take the time to see what your bird looks interesting in design, texture or size.

Introducing baby toys to birds, but they are small … not intimidate them. Handmade toys are some of the safest toys available and are especially important for young birds as they help to develop hand-eye coordination.

Playing with your bird … most birds think it's great fun to chase balls on the ground or on the couch, playing "catch" or "pick up" with mom or dad.

This guide is by no means comprehensive, but we tried to address as many issues as possible. If in doubt, get help. I sincerely wish you a long relationship, healthy and happy with your bird.
