Chevy Truck Lift Kits for Chevy Trucks

If you now own a Chevy truck then just imagine how much better it would would look with a Chevy truck lift kit installed in it. Just think how nice it will be driving down the road with everyone who shares the road with you having to look up to you as you blow by them.

A Requirement for Larger Tires

More importantly however, is that unless you have a lift kit installed, you are going to be extremely limited when it comes to having nice set of Off Road tires fitted on your baby. This is because you will have trouble with them rubbing on the inside of your wheel wells, particularly when you are making sharp turns.

Simple and Not So Simple Lift Kits

What you may not know is that all lift kits are not alike. Some are far more simpler that others to install and involve far less parts that have to be changed out. If all that you are interested in is a higher profile for street driving then the simplest of truck lift kits for Chevy trucks will do.

For Serious Off Roaders

However; if you are going to be doing some serious off roading then you might think of having a more extensive lift kit installed. It will mean extra cost and quite a bit more work but in the end you will be glad that you spent the extra money and took the extra steps.

Long Walks Are No Fun

Once you have your Chevy truck lifted and off road tires installed then you may want to take a good look at other accessories as well, such as a wench for the front bumper of your truck. Once again, if you are going to be doing some serious off roading, a quality wench will save you from having to walk miles for help.

Be a Hero to Stranded Off Roaders

Also, no doubt once you begin hitting the high country, you will find yourself using your wench to pull other off roaders out from time to time. Not everyone is willing to take the steps necessary to avoid emergencies like this, so it will be up to you to be the hero.

I need help finding the tire I need in my chevy truck.?

can jus bought some new tires on my truck go ta thr inches 15 wheels are 10 inches wide and I need help figure what size or brand I should look at … I do not want low profile and I would rather have BF Goodrich. so if you can plz help

You must have a 70-80 truck. 10 "wide wills that you want at least a 10" wide tires, but 11 or 12 would work better. If your car is lifted or if 33×12.5r15 would be good enough 35×12.5r15 rises would be good. If they stay on the road then go with BF Goodrich all terrian or lanterrian. If you are outside the mud terrian road is the only way forward. If it is a 2-wheel drive will be considered a tire low profile. And is described in the ap metric number. You want, if not at least a 235 a 255 section width or larger on the tire. Any company tire will be able to put you in the right direction however. Rd
