Help Buying a Good RC Car?
Hi. I’m looking for a RC car. It has to be electric, and preferably rechargeable. I want one that’s cheap and customizable. I want one where you can change stuff around, put in new parts, stuff like that. But I also want one that’s small like 1/24 scale. Any suggestions? Honestly, you are not going to find a Good RC car for $70. Not even 1/24th scale. Check www.towerhobbies.com and search by scale. I don’t think you are going to find one that you are talking about though. Maybe try to up the scale to 1/16th. There are parts you can change from plastic to colored aluminum, bodies to paint and a huge selection of tires and wheels. They are a little more than $70 but it will be better than getting a junk one. Check out Losi web site and see their 1/16th RC’s. Also, look them up on YouTube if you find one you like. That way you can see how it runs before you buy it. Trust me, you don’t want 1/24th. 1/16th is small as it is.
