The recommendations for a couple of good books on management?
I transition from the Marine Corps with the business and would like find a couple of good books that set me up for success as a manager. I've been a commanding officer, platoon commander and member of rods. My new position will be as a project manager with a communications and security of the company you will be coordinating several projects and several different teams. Any suggestions? Now I have "by Dale Carnegie Lifetime Plan for Success" favorites (and I recommend it to anyone who has not read), but it is a little general. Any other that could provide some information?
