Car Help: I returned home from a holiday week 1 yesterday to see that my car will not start, the oil light?
goes on despite having found that oil, okay, also the battery is good. It seems somehow that the fuel is being blocked in the engine, that's the only thing I can think is wrong. Can anyone help please geuninely, I have intention to consider the mechanics tomorrow, but wondering if anyone might know? It is Seat Ibiza a 1996 model, thanks for the responses geunine is the gasoline engine. thanks for the suggestions
I say it may be worth trying a good start for all anyway – this will ensure that everything is getting a lot of energy. If the engine runs at a speed rather then see if there is a smell of gasoline in the exhaust gases. If so, then it sounds like no spark at plugs. If you are mechanically mind – you could take one out and check. Otherwise, it can be time for the AA or garage. Also make sure immobilizer / alarm is working as it should – these can be affected for long periods of innactivity.

Holiday Car Hire – the cost of an attack
Many of us like to organize holiday rental cars when we go abroad. Renting a car gives you freedom and flexibility when on holiday and lets you do what you want when you want and at your own pace without having to comply with the excursion departure rigid and can also save you time and money to pay for expensive taxis.
But when booking your car rent, have you ever considered what would happen if you were to break while driving a rental car abroad? Many people are surprised to learn that if a car breaks down on holiday abroad, you may have to pay fines of more than 400 pounds because of his own small.
In a recent survey of car rental companies in the Mediterranean, 75% of the cars did not carry enough emergency equipment such as warning triangles, vests reflective and first aid kits to meet the legal requirements. In addition, over 30% of companies do not have a telephone number to call if fault, and manuals that explain the basics of car jacking and positions were not available in more than 50% of the cars.
Fines not have the legally required equipment in their rental car can be pronounced. Some examples of these fines are £ 408 for not using a reflective vest or warning triangle in Portugal and 303 pounds for the same crime in Italy.
The police have the power to issue these fines on the spot or have a much higher rate as a deposit to cover the maximum fine until the matter is taken to court.
Although car rental companies should provide proper equipment, first is your responsibility to ensure that it is there before driving away your car hire. Make sure to check your rental car thoroughly to ensure that there is a breakdown triangle, reflective vest and first aid kit and ensure that ship with a number to call if your car hire car breaks down.
In addition to this, as long as hiring a car abroad, do not forget to take both parts of your driving license and be aware of the laws of the road before you leave.
