Evil Twin
Does everyone have an evil twin somewhere?
I've heard everyone has a bad looking somewhere in the world. Do you think this is true? If so, do you think you're the good twin or you are the evil twin?
I hope so, it has to be more fun than me .. lol

Make a mental breakthrough using chopsticks
I remember accompanying my friend to a workshop and take part in a short demonstration. We were put in teams of two. A person who is a disposable wooden stick firmly in front of them with one end of the stick in each hand. His roommate had a card and was charged to break the stick with the card.
My partner, Andrea, decided to go first. She hit away with your business card until it was a pulpy paste. Other people beat and beat and pinched in vain. It took a while, but eventually a person broke the stick. Then another and another success. Now it was my turn. I took the card and made a bold stroke. The stick broke in two at once. Andrea looked at me incredulously. I just smiled. I did exactly what I imagined I would do.
I wish I could tell you I'm always so successful. Not that I (and you) are not capable of these small (and big) victories in life. We are. But little annoying voices of doubt the ants come marching in like a picnic. The old, sad story of how not good enough, or smart enough or talented enough to pull on our confidence in ourselves and our efforts to stop before you start. I have heard these lingering doubts referred to as "evil twin" making fun of any attempt to succeed.
You can not tell people to shut up (not safely anyway), but you can tell your evil twin brother to take a walk. And you should – The frequency that dragged nasty little nothings whispered in his ear. While you believe these stories sad, which will have power over you. Make a practice to rewrite your life script and choose to believe the winning moments of his life as his model. Our actions are the direct result of what we believe we can do.
The proof of this is illustrated as my little story continues. Went home and repeat the demonstration sticks to my daughter 14 years old, Brittany. I took a pair of chopsticks and a business card and tried to replicate my previous success. There's something a little intimidating disbelief about a teenager and mocking smile. I took the card and swiped against the stick. Did not break. I took a moment and thought about my situation. What is different? It only took a second. A little self-doubt had crept in. I paused, took a deep breath, muster the energy I knew I had inside me WHACK! The stick broke in two. Britain was amazed. I was proud and relieved.
So what's the moral of this story? If we in our personal power, rather than focusing on our failings, we can be heroes in our own life story. Therefore, do not just sit there reading. Get there and do something incredible. Chop, chop.
