How I can be a racing driver?
im not talking about indy or nascar or formula. im talking about careers in real cars like Corvettes and Nissan Skyline and careers of real tracks like Laguna Seca. Is there a competitive sport for that? rite now im 16 and live in new york. I've always loved cars since I was Four years.
There are several avenues of approach, but first you might want to start with something like autocrossing. Find your local region, SCCA and go to an event and learn about car control, set and abilities. After a bit of practice and learning, go to something like "Tricky" suggests, time of attack or of any race groups, with instruction in subjects such as Motorsports Motorsports Autometrix or Chin, or visit the website of the NASA (racing) or SCCA HDPE (high-performance driving the event.) If you have a few thousand dollars, try something like Skip Barber, school or similar. Living in New York, you should head to Connecticut winter and treat an autocross ice on a frozen lake, it is good to learn to control.

A Corsa Exhaust for your Vette
It all started in 1989 in Berea, Ohio, a city known more recently by a famous encounter between a brave journalist, Research mustache and a lone Ohio State Buckeyes fan in a public library.
